Arslan Yasin

As Fractional CTO at GymPassport, I work closely with the founders to shape the technology behind the business and turn ideas into products that can actually scale. My role goes beyond managing development. I help define the technical direction, make key architecture and product decisions, guide the engineering team, manage integrations and infrastructure, and make sure technology stays aligned with the business vision. I enjoy being involved from the early product decisions through to execution and growth. The goal is simple: build a reliable technology foundation, move quickly, solve real business problems, and create a product that can grow with the company. Working as a Fractional CTO allows me to bring the experience of a technical founder into businesses that need strong technology leadership without building a full time CTO function from day one.
